Beautiful Cartier boxes in their rich grained red are used as my canvas here - genuine boxlids painted with interpretations of the famous Cartier Panther.  The concept for my series is based on  the skilled artisans of Cartier transforming the 'wild' panther into a 'jewelled' panther and as such all details have been studied to capture authentic Cartier details.  The series are mounted beautifully on gold  and professionally framed in very deep sided glazed black wood as shown below.  Each box is signed on the side and framed to show clearly all box sides.
